Project “Follow your way” is coordinated by International Educational Center GEMS, bringing Best Practice Exchange in the field of Career guidance from the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Italy and UK. The project will develop new ways of cross sectorial cooperation on National and International level in the field of Career guidance bringing Best Practice Exchange in the field of Career guidance, suggesting a logic framework for improvement to be used further on. What is needed now is a young person with the ability to face non predictable situations, able to understand his/her „talent“ and able to develop quickly at a professional and personal point of view. At the same time, there are a few companies, which have difficulties in recruiting staff to hire and there are job opportunities in innovative areas that young people might grasp by developing entrepreneurial skills and business ideas.
